What is tufting?
Tufting is under the umbrella of rugmaking! Simply, tufted art or rugs is thread (in our case, yarn) that is inserted on top of cloth and later, glued together to keep the thread from falling out. It’s like painting, but with yarn!
What materials do you use to make tufted art?
Generally, my rugs is made out of cloth (cotton/polyester and/or felt), acrylic yarn, synthetic latex rug adhesive, spray adhesive, hot glue sticks, and cotton twill tape.
Where do you make your art/rugs?
I currently make my art/rugs in my home. Please note that I live with pets, and cannot guarantee a 100% latex free environment. If I'm not the right fit, I recommend researching other amazing tufters that may be able to provide you with what you’re looking for!
How do I care for my rug?
My rugs are intended to be tufted art and home décor. Please place in low traffic areas of your home for best results and longevity. Not recommended to be place in moist areas like a bathroom.
Light shedding is normal due to that nature of acrylic yarn. Light vacuuming is recommended. Avoid using beater bar or rotary brush to reduce excessive wear and tear. Spot clean/hand wash only. Do not place in washing machine. Air drying is recommended.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since it's just me, it typically takes me 1-5 days to process orders. Tracking numbers will be sent when an order is fulfilled* Packages typically take between 2-8 business days to deliver.
*STICKER ONLY orders are shipped with letter mail stamps and do not include tracking, so please give USPS about 14 days to deliver.
Can I commission a custom rug from you?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! Although, there are a few place I cannot ship to due to USPS restrictions. Please check this list here for more information from USPS.
How much is shipping?
FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders! International sticker only orders ship for $1.50 USD letter stamp. For all other international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. You have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout if you wish.
Can I return or exchange items?
Commissioned pieces are not available for returns or refunds due to its custom-made nature.
Returns are accepted for stickers and stock tufted goods. All items are sealed in glassine bags for health and hyenine protection. Once the bag is unsealed and opened, the item(s) can no longer be returned. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
